• Each job applicant must undergo a thorough security check.

Security officers are required to have a minimum of a Grade 10 qualification before applying.

Security officers must be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).

Each employee must undergo extensive testing before being promoted.

In-service training

 Communication training allows our security officers to understand and project the client brand image. Where necessary, Icon Security staff members receive training relevant to the customer’s operational environment. This integrated approach has proved to be a great success.
